Ultra Milk — Content Management System
Built a web dashboard and backend for the Ultra Milk Customer Loyalty Program to manage promotions, redemptions, and campaign reporting. The system centralizes member management, OCR-based receipt ingestion, reward/catalog management, and real-time analytics for marketing and operations teams. The admin UI embeds detailed reporting (Looker Studio + charting) and provides responsive layouts for desktop and mobile use.

Overview
I implemented the platform to run multiple high‑volume promotional campaigns including raffle ticket distributions and push‑reward giveaways (Sheila On 7, Yoasobi, Lalafest, Pestapora, Stray Kids merchandise, CGV tickets, Ultra Milk merchandise, and others). The system integrated with third‑party retail partners (Alfamart) and automated OCR claim processing and per‑city / per‑day reporting to support targeted marketing and fraud control.
The solution supported ~60,000 registered users and hundreds of catalogue items across concurrent campaigns, enabling marketing teams to launch time‑bound promotions rapidly and track KPIs (registrations, claims, redemptions, revenue impact) through dashboards and exportable reports.
