The mobile application is an offline-first solution for oil palm farmers: all field data is stored locally in a Realm database so users can record observations and tasks without internet connectivity. Data is synchronized to the server automatically or manually when the device regains connection, ensuring continuity of field operations and preventing data loss.

Overview
Core features include CrossBlock tracking for cross-check inspections and direct field observations with GPS, timestamps, photos, and inspection history; on-field findings management with reporting, prioritization, and task assignment; and a foreman workbook for daily task planning and crew monitoring. The app also handles inventory of unharvestable Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) with TFLite-based fruit detection, attendance, production census, detailed harvest inspection, and quality control planning.
Operationally, the system accelerates reporting, improves data accuracy, and supports evidence-based decision making by capturing geolocated proofs and status updates. Role-based access, selective sync, and integrated analytics enable centralized monitoring, faster follow-up on findings, better harvest planning, and strengthened compliance with quality control procedures.
